As the senior ranking member of the Galveston County Commissioners’ Court, Ken Clark has served the citizens of Precinct 4 for the past 18 years. Ken’s leadership has drawn out the best of the community’s resources and ideas. During his tenure, he proved instrumental in passing the 2000, 2008 and 2017 bond issues which funded many infrastructure projects including buildings, drainage and roads.
