BLOG: Have a safe and relaxing Labor Day!

The past six months have been a time of challenge and hard work. Amidst a pandemic, storms, and the consequences of these forces of nature, the amount of work, sacrifices, obstacles and overall effort you and other businesses have dealt with cannot be overstated. 

It is because of hard work like this that we have been blessed with the holiday of Labor Day. Take this time to catch up on rest as we head towards our three day weekend.

We here at the chamber wish you a happy, glorious, and relaxing Labor Day, but above all, we want to wish you a safe Labor Day. 

COVID-19 is unfortunately still here and as the world continues to combat this dreadful pandemic, we here at the chamber wish all our members to be safe and healthy. Therefore, we encourage our community to take the necessary precautions this weekend and follow CDC guidelines, especially if you plan on traveling. 

Wear your mask, carry sanitizer, wipe off surfaces, retain safe distances from each other, and above all, stay home if you sense you are not feeling well. 

We wish you all a safe and fun weekend, and encourage you to use this three day weekend to rest, take care of your health, and remember your hard work has earned you the next Monday off.
